"Bridging the Generation Gap"

Presented by: Valarie Nash, SHRM-SCP, CLRP

Valarie is the Deputy Executive Director, Human Resources & Support Services for Summit County Children Services.  

Valarie will be speaking on Bridging the Generation Gap.  Attendees will understand the various generations in the workplace currently, how each generation generally communicates and help us understand why gaps in communication occur due to generational differences.  She will also help us understand how to achieve organizational success with each generation.
