St Francis & St Elizabeth VIRTUAL Luncheon, July 13, 2022, from 12pm-1pm (arrive at 11:45)

Purpose of Event

A win-win event...

  • Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to network with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers, and Discharge Planning support staff.
  • Hospital staff is able to gather resource information over lunch.

Resource Lunch Agenda

11:50am Providers login and receive last minute insrtructions

12pm-12:55pm Event, each provider will have 5 minutes to present (providers can leave after their presentation)

12:55pm Wrap up and adjorn

Registration Options:
At this time, registration is only open to Retirement Connection Sponsors. Space-permitting registration will open to the public on February 4th.

Marketing Materials - $35
Vendors will have the opportunity to provide digital marketing materials and will have approximately 5 minutes of presentation time with case managers, including questions and answers. There are not door prizes for this event.
