Learn the three main components for Employee & Leadership Development. This training includes:
- An introduction of the contents of Employee & Leadership Development
- What you need to know to conduct a self-assessment of your utility Employee & Leadership Development
- How to create an action plan for your utility Employee & Leadership Development
This training will be applied to offer 1 Managerial water and wastewater credits.
