STEP NY | Hybrid Event: 5/31/22 | The Corporate Transparency Act (the “Act”) 

The Corporate Transparency Act (the “Act”) passed on January 1, 2021 and Proposed Regulations were issued in December of 2022. The Act is another step towards placing the US on similar footing with other similarly positioned OECD and FATF nations in requiring the report.
