Most of us have an Inner Critic—that voice whispering (or at times shouting) in our ear things like, "Why did you do that? Who are you to speak up like that? You really aren’t qualified or good enough.” This negative self talk does not serve us well, and sometimes prevents us from taking a risk in doing the right thing.
