Thursday, July 21 - Grant Webinar Workshop for our Quick Support for Organizations grant program

Join SW MN Arts Council online for a grant workshop webinar on Thursday, July 21 from Noon to 1 pm to learn about the guidelines, requirements, and application process for our Quick Support for Organizations grants.


Quick Support for Organizations grants provide organizations with up to $2,500 for activities such as planning for an Art Legacy Project, strategic planning or board training, costs to apply for 501(c)(3) status, small equipment purchases, or small arts projects. Application deadlines: 1st of the Month, August 2022-May 2023 by 4:30 pm with earliest project start date the 1st of the following month. Deadline to request SMAC staff to review the application before submission is one week before the application deadline.

Provides up

fto $500 to allow young artists in grades 5-12 to attend
an enrichment camp or specialty study.  Costs for standard weekly lessons are allowed for students who qualify for the federal free or reduced lunch program.  Arts supplies costs are allowed for students attending a MN public arts high school. No match requirements.
