RiverWatch Mussel Monitoring Workshop

The Illinois RiverWatch Network is a statewide, non-profit, volunteer stream monitoring program. Volunteers are trained and certified as citizen scientists to monitor and protect a local stream. Upon completing training and becoming certified, volunteers adopt a stream site and examine freshwater mussel populations as indicators of stream health. This Workshop will be held at the Urban Stream Research Center in Warrenville, IL. This workshop is primarily for adults (18+). Due to limited space, we ask that you do not bring your kids to the workshop.

Payment Refund Policy. Workshop registration costs $50 per attendee. Payments are refundable (minus a $5 processing fee if paying by credit card) if refund is requested at least one week before workshop. Refunds requested after August 20, 2022 WILL NOT be granted.
