Virtual Workshop Series
Building Executive Functioning Skills

Are you very smart and do well in school but struggle with organizing, time management, prioritizing ? These are examples of executive functioning skills that are important for successful transitioning to college or work. These are also skills that are often difficult for individuals with Autism/ADHD. Is this true for you? Then join this exciting virtual workshop series from the highly experienced clinicians at Executive Effort Consulting. Learn new skills and strategies including ways to use smart devices to help you plan, organize and be on time.

This is a 6 - Week Virtual Workshop Series on Zoom from July 18 - August 22 on Mondays from 3 - 4 PM. There will also be 4 follow up sessions in the fall.

This workshop series is for individuals who are willing participants and motivated to build new executive functioning skills to be more successful at college, work, or with daily activities and expectations in life.
