Andy Goodman (The Goodman Center) teaches us that stories are our single most powerful communication tool. This workshop will introduce how to effectively tell your organizational story.

Heidi founded the Stillwork Consulting Group in 2018 and works with nonprofit, for-profit and municipal clients across several states. She focuses on building nonprofit capacity through leadership coaching, organizational development assessments and workplans, board engagement, visioning, and strategic planning.

 Heidi began her career in leadership, fund development and marketing with nonprofit arts organizations, including serving as executive director of the New Jersey Theatre Alliance and director of communications for Syracuse Stage. In 2005 Heidi began a 13-year tenure at the Gifford Foundation in Syracuse NY where she served as Director of Grantmaking and Director of Research and Special Projects.
