Bedern's Vicars Choral once owned a Tile Works and the Hall floor was covered in green and yellow glazed tiles! At this family event, you'll draw inspiration from medieval tile desgins and get to create your own tile pattern using printing blocks. You can create stained glass window designs or heralidc shields. Take home your tile as a card, and we'll be creating a montage of all the works for display later. Tickets £7.50 each for participants with one adult (not taking part) free. Our cafe will be open.

Medieval Makers - Tile Workshop

Let's get crafty!

We've teamed up with Artist Megan to create a workshop during which you'll make a simple and safe  printing block which you can use to make a printed card that they can take away with you. 

  There's plenty of space for everyone to spread out - even 2 outdoor spaces if the weather is good.
