Informational Session on Day Habilitation Data Collection Tool 

The Day Habilitation service is the FY 2024 rate review priority and focus of the current rate review cycle. This review process will rely on data collection from the DDA provider network specific to transportation costs and staffing ratios. 

The data collection tool for this effort is available through the RRAG resources webpage. A communication was distributed on June 23, 2022 regarding this tool and an instructional webinar is available at 2022 06 29 16 09 Provider Day Habilitation Data Collection Training - YouTube. 

Additional informational sessions will be held on Friday, July 8, 2022 from 1 to 2PM and Wednesday, July 13, 2022 from 1 to 2PM. These sessions offer providers the opportunity for drop-in technical assistance pertaining to completing the tool. Please click this link to register.
