Welcome to the 2022 CASTA/CDOT Fall Conference EXPO webpage. The annual CASTA Fall Conference EXPO and Bus Show is held on the Wednesday of the Fall Conference with a reception to cap things off in the evening. Booths, bus spaces, sponsorships, and giveaways are available for purchase.

Registration Items:

• Exhibitor Booth: $1,500
• Bus Space Only: $750
• Exhibitor Booth w/ Bus Space: $2,000
• Additional Exhibitor (Booth or Bus Space not included): $300

Booths include:

• 10' x 10' space with a 6' table and two chairs
• Carpet
• Electricity and plug-ins
• Registration for one (1) exhibitor, addtional exhibitors are an additional cost
• Access to the full conference.
• Booths will be assigned and communicated to exhibitors one week prior to the start of the EXPO
• Attendee Registration list (We will be sending the registration list out to exhibitors when registration closes. If you would like to see a basic list you may go to the Attendee registration page and view current registrants in the bottom left corner.)

Bus Show

• The bus show will be located the Lot 9 parking lot across from Fall Lane (Directions) 
• Buses may begin arriving the afternoon of Tuesday, September 27. 
• Call or text Joey Parks at (520) 349-2556 upon arrival.
• Spots will be assigned upon arrival.
• Buses must vacate the parking lot he morning of Thursday, September 29.

SHIPPING AND STORAGE OF MATERIALS

The Viewline Resort Snowmass will accept freight three (3) days prior to the beginning of the conference. Shipments must be sent with freight charges pre-paid. Cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments will not be accepted. Shipments arrive at the loading dock and are delivered to the event space. Storage charges will apply to freight stored for more than three (3) days. If you plan to ship booth materials or products to the hotel, please ensure the shipment has the following information:

The Viewline Resort Snowmass does not provide full service drayage. For large boxes or heavy equipment, special arrangements will need to be made by you with your carrier. No forklift is available on the property. The US Postal Service and DHL do not deliver to Snowmass Village. 

The Viewline Resort Snowmass will not release any packages on show site without full and valid credit card information supplied.

When event is over, add complete shipping return label(s) to item(s) in your booth area. The shipping team will bring the package(s) to the loading dock for pick-up. 

Material Handling Charges for Receiving Boxes and Displays:

Less than 10 pounds: $5.00

Between 10 and 20 pounds: $10.00

Between 20 and 50 pounds and 40" x 40" x 40": $15.00

Between 51 and 100 pounds: $ 20.00

Crates: $50.00

Pallets: $100.00

Over 100 pounds: Call for pricing

Valet Parking: $7.00 per night

Aspen Airport is 8 miles from the hotel. Complimentary airport transfers provided by our hotel shuttle.
