Managing Effective Communication 

The purpose of this seminar is to enhance interpersonal communication skills in the workplace.

It is designed to develop participant awareness of the elements of effective communication,
including:
- styles of communicating
- the importance of non-verbal forms of communication
- as well as the role that perception, intent, and impact can have in the communication process. 

This training also explores barriers to effective communication as well as essential skills for successfully communicating including active and reflective listening, and giving and receiving feedback.

This webinar is free for Chamber Members and $20 for nonmembers.
