The Stucco and Exterior Finish Cladding Systems course is a 1.5-day program and is the third specific exterior wall course that builds on the fundamentals presented in Exterior Walls and Science. The purpose of the course is to provide essential information on material properties, design principles, evaluation techniques, and repair methods for stucco and EIFS.

Kevin Day
Kevin Day is a principal of Sense Engineering. He is widely respected for his building expertise, and known for his advocacy of sustainable building practices and construction methods. His 30+ years of experience includes rooftops, complex-facades, and underground structures. In 2014, Kevin was bestowed the Ontario Building Envelope Council’s Beckie Award, symbolic of his contribution to knowledge, value/fairness and sustainable building. Kevin is frequently called-upon to lecture and moderate at a wide range of industry forums.
Chris Hunter
Chris attended Sheridan College for Architectural Design & Technology 1993-1996. Since then, he has worked in the building products industry primarily focused on exterior waterproofing, roofing, and building envelope systems for the past 22 years, regional and national sales manager positions. Along with this experience has worked on several notable regional and national projects, Canadian War Museum, CN Tower, CNE, Niagara Convention Center, Halifax Citadel, Dalhousie University, Lowes Canada (Green Global Award) and several government infrastructures projects, Military, Transit, Retail, Public, Private School Boards. Chris has always pursued further education, learning, promoting innovative building products and best design practices. Chris stays current with today’s construction trends by attending industry related conferences, seminars, participating as active member at large through various associations. He has attended several seminars and earned his Certified Technical Representative and Certified Construction Contract Administrator with Construction Specifications Canada (CSC). Additionally attended several seminars IIBEC and earned his Registered Roof Observer through IIBEC.
