Guest Speaker (Rescheduled from July Meeting): Mary Lisa Mireles from Rosenblatt Law Firm.
Mary Lisa has been practicing law for 12 years and has been with the Rosenblatt Law Firm for almost 8 of those. She has a broad business practice acting as outside counsel for small to medium-sized businesses, including corporate governance, employment law, drafting, and negotiating contracts, and private equity transactions. Mary Lisa prides herself in helping companies find solutions to problems as they arise and helping them prevent future legal problems. She is proud of her membership and involvement in the San Antonio Rotary Club. She stays busy chasing after two young sons.
This will be very informative - Topics of discussion include: Post-COVID updates, continuing availibility of the Employee Retention Tax Credit and other important best business practices.
