Welcome to the Michigan Sheriffs' Association 2022 Fall Professional Development Conference & Trade Show!
AGeneral Show Information
MOVE-IN: Monday, October 24th, from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
VENDOR ORIENTATION: Monday, October 24th, at 3:45 p.m. (Refreshments will be provided)
SHOW TIMES: Monday, October 24th, from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. and Tuesday, October 25th. from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. These are DEDICATED show times. We do NOT schedule classroom time during our show times. Vendors are welcome to invite their local clients from other law enforcement agencies to attend the trade show between 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Tuesday morning.
*MSA reserves the right to shift the Trade Show start and/or end time up to one hour either way. Email notifications will be given if times shift. Dates will not change.
MOVE-OUT: Tuesday, October 25th. starts at 11:00 a.m.
COSTS: Standard 10'x10' booth $750 Regular Price - $850 after Friday, September 30, 2022
BOOTH EQUIPMENT: All booths will be 10' x 10' wide with 8' high back drape and 3' high side dividers. Booths include one 2' by 8' covered and skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket and a Booth ID sign. An exhibitor kit, including shipping instructions, will be emailed to you once your payment is received.
VEHICLE DISPLAY: Vehicles will be displayed in the Exhibit Hall A area. Exhibitors are required to reserve enough exhibit space to include their vehicle. Download the Vehicle Display Requirements Form. All vehicles must meet these requirements/No Exceptions.
UTILITIES: Electrical services are ordered direct through the Amway Grand Plaza. Order Electricity with the Exhibitor Utilities Order Form (This link will take you directly to the DeVos Place website to complete the form).
EVENT SPONSORSHIPS: Support MSA, stand out among the others, and sponsor a conference event! Event sponsorships are included in your registration with the trade show booths. Explore a more detailed look at the events and what is available for sponsorship.
