Please join us for this virtual event where Daryl St. Clair, PE will discuss PennDOT's Mentor-Protege Program.  Mr. St. Clair is the Special Assistant to the Deputy Secretary for Highway Administration for PennDOT. 

PennDOT's Mentor-Protege Program aims to increase diversity and participation in the Disadvatage Business Enterprise (DBE) Program through outreach to underserved and underrepresented companies.  The program expands efforts to identify and respond to the developmental needs of DBEs via the provision of training and assistance from other firms.
