Constructive Conflict in High-Performing Organizations

Conflict is often seen as something negative in our professional and personal relationships. Although conflict comes at a cost in many instances, the cost can be reduced if we create more positive conflict cultures in which conflict is productive instead of destructive.

This workshop will challenge you to think of conflict as something that can be managed productively and even embraced, so that organizations can grow into high-performing systems. We will look at different tools to help us understand our orientation around conflict and the role it plays in developing high-performing teams.

Optional: We encourage you to complete the Thomas-Kilmann assessment in advance of this workshop. The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) is a world-wide leader in conflict resolution assessment, providing feedback on five conflict modes. The 30-question assessment can be completed in approximately 15 minutes, with a personalized report immediately available. Through January, we were able to offer a discounted rate for this assessment.

In February, assessments can still be purchased independently at this website at the $50 rate. https://kilmanndiagnostics.com/assessments/thomas-kilmann-instrument-one-assessment-person/#purchase
