Please join the Developmental Disabilities Administration and the MD Community of Practice for Supporting Families for its webinar on "Transition" on Wednesday, August 17th at Noon.
Mary Anne Kane Breschi, Parent and the DDA’s Director of Family Supports welcomes Janet Furman, DDA’s Director of Children’s Services; Danny Sabbo, Eligibility Coordinator in the DDA’s Eastern Shore Regional Office, and Kiarra’ M. Bragg, MSW, Transitioning Youth Program Supervisor for Total Care Services, Inc.
Transition from high school to work, college and community life can be challenging for students and their families. Mary Anne and her guest will discuss some of these challenges and offer strategies to assist students and their families as they plan for this life stage. In addition, they will provide critical information related to the process by which transitioning youth can access services through the DDA.
