COURSE OBJECTIVES

• Understand how today’s design trends are impacting space across various markets and how furniture, fixtures, and equipment can be incorporated to condense storage and maximize space for both new construction and renovation projects.
• Learn how FF&E can contribute to occupant wellness by integrating ventilation, lighting solutions, and safety features into shelving and storage solutions used in public entities.
• Combat space planning challenges in design by incorporating solutions customized for bulky stuff storage, where employee & patron ergonomics are accounted for and space utilization is condensed & optimized. 
• Examine space challenges across various markets and learn how different applications of shelving & storage can balance the needs and safety of both your clients’ employees and patrons.

Presenter Bio:

Matthew Howell is an S&D Specifications Design Consultant for Southwest Solutions Group.  Matthew is passionate about creating storage solutions for all types of spaces that encourage increased productivity, save space, workflow efficiencies, and accurate inventory/asset control. He has worked in the space efficiency industry for over 13 years and continues to love helping clients improve.
