ABOUT OUR PRESENTER 

Jack Speer is creator and author of the Tuesday Report, a weekly article that presents tools for success in career and life. He is known for his ability to express complex ideas in humorous, practical, and inspirational ways.

Jack is president of Delta, Inc., an Austin, Texas based organizational consulting company that works with C-suite leadership teams in organizations nationally.  Delta, Inc. is known for Alignment-Based Growth, a transformational system that aligns organizations behind a group imperative—with everyone realizing they have skin in the game—to achieve breakthrough goals.

A key component of the Alignment-Based Growth System is the MBTI, its application to realtime organizational issues.  Delta also uses FIRO-B as well as Delta’s proprietary suite of 360-degree assessments for individual leaders, teams and organizations.

Jack is a graduate of Abilene Christian University, the Institute of Social Anthropology Studies, and the School of Languages in San Jose, Costa Rica. 

He is a former Chamber of Commerce executive, is fluent in Spanish and lived and worked in Latin America for 7 years. Jack has ENTJ preferences.
