BrewFest Waterfront District 2023  

Brewer/Winery/Cidery Registration 


Main Street Lorain Development - Lorain Growth will supply the following and will require a $50.00 table fee for a pavilion slot, or $50.00 for pop-up tent space. 

1)    Space in the pavilion structures (limited availability).  Spaces are 11’x7’ OR option B, bring your branded pop-up tent and we’ll assign space.

2)    Full color 11’x 2’ (pavilion) or 9' x 2.5' (your pop up tent) vinyl banner to designate your space. If a PRINT-READY PDF file is not provided, a $75.00 graphic design fee will apply from The 5 W, print marketing partner of BrewFest.

3) We’ll provide ice, you’ll need to bring bins to put the ice in.

4) Table for serving (feel free to bring branded table throws or runners)

5) BrewFest sampling glasses and a ticket to redeem for each four ounce sample, tickets MUST be redeemed* DO NOT TELL volunteers tickets aren’t needed, per state law, tickets for samples need to be exchanged.

6) Security and personnel to verify ages of the ticket holders

7) Volunteers to pour, you may bring your own, no more than three total, they must register, and collect tickets* - Brewer attendance is highly recommended.

Each participating vendor will supply the craft style beer, meade, cider or wine of their choice to be served and the required pouring equipment. Each participating vendor is encouraged to offer, for sale to the attendees, any promotional merchandise for their brands. Sale of merchandise and collection of money for such merchandise will be the responsibility of the individual vendor.

Main Street Lorain Development - Lorain Growth will pay up $125.00 for each 1/6 barrel of beer, cider, meade, or wine, up to four.  Beer to be delivered upon arrival at BrewFest, not before.   Payment will be issued on the day of the event, check in BEFORE 11am with an invoice detailing the number of 1/6 barrels being invoiced, NOT to exceed $500.00, NO keg deposits, and the name and address of the payee. All vendors will hold harmless Lorain Growth Corp/Main Street Lorain from any dispute and collection of any money for merchandising materials sold by the vendor.

Setup for the event will begin at 8:30 AM, complete by 11:30 AM Saturday August 12th, 2023

Reserve by Friday June 16th, 2023
