Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. We are offering both adult and childrens' Cook the Harvest classes to sharpen your skills as you work together in a small, fun, hands-on environment led by Chef Carlos.

Saturday, December 17: Gingerbread Workshop

Get ready to impress and express your holiday cheer with one of everyone’s seasonal favorites! Learn the basics of baking delicious gingerbread men and perfecting icing with natural flavors and dyes.  Develop your decorating skills by practicing the fundamentals of the flooding technique and explore more ways to make cookie decorating your new favorite tradition. 

Saturday, January 28: Preserve the Harvest

From refrigerator pickles to jams, jellies, salsas and sauces, you will never let any of your gardens' bounty to go waste again!

 Saturday, February 11: Galentines Cooking Party

Grab your girlfriends, we will pop the bubbly and have a party creating the ultimate easy, but impressive celebration night meal fit for the boss, friends or new love in your life.

Saturday, March 11: VegOut! Dinners

Celebrate the VegOut! 30 Ways in 30 Days Challenge with us, as we learn several delicious options for veggie-packed, or simply veg-forward meals designed to appeal to even the most finicky eater.

 FOR KIDS ONLY

Saturday, January 7: Let the Kids Cook! One-Pot Supper

8-12 year old students will learn how to make a one pot meal for the whole family guaranteed to please even the pickiest eater.

 Saturday, February 4: Let the Kids Cook! Handmade Pasta

There is no easier way to get kids to eat their veggies than to mix them up with pasta--how about actually a part of the pasta? Students will learn three hand-made pastas and sauces to go with them. (for 8-12 year old students)

Saturday, March 4: Let the Kids Cook! VegOut! Snacks & Meals

We will celebrate the VegOut! 30 Ways in 30 Days Challenge and begin checking veggies off our list with these simple snacks and meals guaranteed to please. (for 8-12 year old students)
