Our sale runs differently than a single table, garage sale style consignment sale. All of our items are sorted by size and gender, not by the seller. Therefore, we use a tagging system to keep track of the seller items.

1) After registering, we will send you a three letter "code" to write on your tag for each of your items to indicate they are yours, without using your name. The tag template will be digitally sent to you to print. You will then write on each tag an item description and price you want to sell it for. (tips: many sellers use a tagging gun or safety pins to adhere them to the item; bright colored card stock helps tags stand out; rubberbands help bundle multiple items)

2) All sellers will need to be available between 5-7pm on Friday, September 30 to bring your items and set them up on the designated tables before the sale begins.

3) All sellers are welcome to retrieve any unsold items at the end of the sale on Saturday, October 1 around noon. If you choose to not retrieve your unsold items, they will be donated to a local charity. 

4) The club will take 20% of your sales and you will be cut a check for 80% of your sales upon completion of the sale. Checks will be mailed.

5) All sellers need to work a 4-hour shift to help at some point during the weekend.
