Lisa leads the Owner Transition Advisory Group for CLA and has extensive experience working with business owners across all industries to achieve their goals and dreams. As a certified exit planning advisor, Lisa collaborates with business owners to understand all of their transition options and to develop strategies that address critical aspects of a future transition.

With more than 20 years of transformation and leadership experience, she advises owners and senior leaders on vision, mission, values, strategy, and goals to effectively execute plans that drive personal and organizational success.

Previously, Lisa served as a continuous improvement consultant for a community health system and held supply chain and continuous improvement positions of increasing responsibility for a leading global manufacturer of health care and hygiene products.

He utilizes a goals-based investment approach while working with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. By walking a client through the financial planning process, Brian is able to give peace of mind, and comprehensive advice that provides his clients with the best long-term odds of financial success while minimizing risk.

Brian has a diverse background in the financial services industry spanning the past 15 years. He has worked with clients on many levels: from your retiring school teachers, to former CEO's and business owners providing a laundry list of services specific to each client: Comprehensive Financial Planning, Wealth Transfer/Estate Planning, Investment Planning, Retirement Planning, Risk Management, Wealth Concentration, etc. Brian also has extensive experience in working directly with money management firms as well.
