Swinging With Aggression Gap 2 Gap

Sometimes hitting in a cage can become very monotonous. That's why Erik Lis, former Minnesota Twins AAA 1st Baseman, developed #SWAGG. Players will learn various hitting drills and approach techniques that Coach Lis has developed from drills he used during his professional career that focus on strengthening your most essential hitting muscles as well as developing bat speed.

DATES: Classes will be offered twice per week at the QUARRY Fieldhouse in Romeoville

AGES: 10U-14U (14 SESSIONS)

10U-14U-Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00-7:00PM

Program runs for 7 weeks starting October 4th and ending November 17th

AGES: 15U-18U (8 SESSIONS)

15U-18U -Mondays and Wednesdays 7:00-8:00PM

Program runs for 4 weeks starting October 4th and ending October 27th

COST : 2 options per age level:

*Please note there are no refunds or cancellations policies if an athlete cannot make all sessions that they signed up for. Registration will be limited so that all athletes can receive the maximum benefit from the clinic.
