Come hear the founder of the St. Louis Regional Data Alliance discuss the latest findings in the 2021 St. Louis Nonprofit Indicators Report. This report outlines important characteristics of the local nonprofit sector, as well as what existing data cannot tell us about nonprofit equity and impact.

Paul Sorenson is a Co-Director of the Community Innovation and Action Center (CIAC) at the University of Missouri – St. Louis, where he also founded and leads the collaborative St. Louis Regional Data Alliance (RDA). The RDA is 400 members strong, including representatives from local governments, nonprofits, funders, and universities who all use data for community benefit. The RDA serves as the “data backbone” for the St. Louis Community Information Exchange (CIE), working closely with United Way 2-1-1 and its partners to share referrals across health and social service providers.
