Quick Fixes and Upgrades for your 401(k)/403(b) Retirement Plan

“If it ain’t broke……….”  Sure, your retirement plan seems to be working just fine and you have much more pressing issues to attend to. But a few simple changes can have a meaningful impact on your participant outcomes and may just save you from an operational mistake that is a headache to correct.

Learning Objectives
This session will address some quick fixes you can make to lower plan costs, improve participant outcomes, and determine that your internal procedures and operations are being performed in compliance with ERISA and the plan’s governing documents. We would encourage you to invite other members within your organization who have authority over the day-to-day operations of your plan to participate in this learning opportunity.
