BIASC is celebrating this milestone by sponsoring a float in the most iconic event, the Pasadena Tournament of Roses® on January 2, 2023. We wouldn’t be marking this anniversary without your continued support, and we’re celebrating you with an invitation to help bring this float design to life! This once in a lifetime opportunity can serve as a company team building day or bring your family to share this truly unique experience. All the schedules are below.  Partial shifts are available, please indciate in the COMMENTS section of your registration if you need to work a half shift. We look forward to seeing you there!

Volunteer FAQ

January 1st: Float judging, come cheer on the BIASC float!

Please note, you will NOT be decorating on your volunteer date of January 1^st, 2023. Your important task will be to cheer on the float as it is judged by the three judges selected by The Pasadena Tournament of Roses –  Nicole Cavender, Jennie O'Hagan, and Lois Hiranaga.

• Arrive and park at 1111 W. 3^rd Street, Azusa, CA 91702 between 7:30 and 7:45AM (must be on site no later than 8:10AM or you may not be allowed in)
• After your car is parked, you will ride the complimentary shuttle to Fiesta Parade Floats.
• Go inside the warehouse and locate the BIASC float and stand in the designated spectator area.
• The float will be introduced and described by our float builder representatives.
• Once prompted, the crowd will cheer for the float, the story behind it, and our amazing, resilient industry!

Please arrive at the parking lot 30 minutes before your shift.  Shuttles run in 15 minute increments and you must arrive 15 minutes before your shift to check in.  ALL Parking is at the Decorators Parking Lot. Please follow signs to the lot.
