Self-Care for the Healthcare Professional: "From Surviving to Thriving" 

As a healthcare professional, you are trained to look after the health and well being of others.  What happens when stress and fatigue cause you to neglect your own needs?  What can you do to meet those needs?

This class will explore what happens when we don’t meet our own self-care needs, while offering fun and informative self care strategies.   

Topics include:

  • Stress and Safety
  • Compassion Fatigue
  • Burnout
  • Developing a Self-Care Plan
  • Self-Care Strategies

Please Note: This training is designed for individuals working in the healthcare profession in Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Pendleton, Grant, Owen, Carroll, and Gallatin counties in Northern Kentucky and/or from Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, and Warren Counties in Ohio and is not open to the general public. 

This training is free thanks to a grant provided by the Heath Resources & Services Administration.
