Taft Gardens and Nature Preserve Day Retreat
w/ Taran, Katherine and Trinity Sound

Treat yourself to this rare opportunity for a day retreat at the beautiful nature preserve of Taft Gardens in Ojai. Participants will experience a variety of practices to connect more deeply to nature and the winter season. Morning sessions include gentle outdoor yoga/tai chi with Taran focusing on connecting to the sacred grounds, a silent nature walk and meditation. This will be followed by a nourishing Ayurvedic seasonal lunch. Afternoon session will include meditation and reflections with Katherine Collis, labyrinth walk, tea and refreshments. The day will conclude with an outdoor sunset sound bath by Trinity Sound.  A portion of the proceeds goes to the nature preserve.

For those traveling from out of town you can stay in Ojai or contact Taran for limited Santa Barbara accomodations. (some scholarships available)
