    • C.R.P.C. 3.4 – Fairness to Opposing Party and Counsel.
    • Ways to gain and lose credibility by not complying with Rule 3.4.
  • Court.
    •  C.R.P.C. 3.3 – Candor Toward the Tribunal
    •  Pitfalls and common mistakes.
    •  Duties to correct errors and accurately cite cases.
  • Mediators.
    •  C.R.P.C. 4.1 – Truthfulness in Statements to Others.
    •  Importance of being straightforward in mediations.
