On The Road With Partner Cafe Community Resource Fair
On The Road with PartnerCafe is getting back to it's roots! Back in 2019 On The Road with PartnerCafe hosted a successful Disability Resource Fair at Mt. Tahoma High School. Then the pandemic hit and we had to figure out other ways to serve the communities of Pierce County, and we started reserving tables at events and farmers markets and sharing those spaces with our Community Partners.
Now it's 2022, things are opening back up, and we are excited to be hosting an event once again! We invite you to join us at our Community Resource Fair on Friday December 2nd, 2022! We chose December because it is during open enrollment.
We wanted to create a space, not just for On The Road, but to showcase all of our Community Partners (and more!) in one place. This Community Resource Fair is for YOU! We want to make space for all of you and to help you connect with people who could benefit from your or your organization's resources and information.
We are looking for vendors who cover these areas and more:- Housing
- Mental Health
- Healthcare (Medical Coverage)
- Healthcare (Medicare)
- Aging and Disability
- Special Needs
- Transportation
- Education
- Autism Support
- Dementia & Alzheimer's Support
- Youth & Young Adults
- Counseling
- Veterans Services
Event Fees
In order to help us cover the costs of this event, we are charging a fee. Payment will include the reservation of a booth space at our event. A Table and chairs will be provided. You are welcome to bring an additional table.

Special Projects
We are hoping to be able to giveaway items to event guests and raffle off some Gift Baskets. We are still in the planning stages for this, so this page may be updated as we prepare.
