EXHIBIT SET UP SCHEDULE:
Booths will be set up on Tuesday February 21 in two shifts: (SEE VENDOR FLOOR PLAN ABOVE FOR LOCATION OF YOUR SPACE(s)
>> 1st Shift: 11:00AM - 2:00 PM (Spaces 1-25, 71-76) Booths with heavy equipment are limited to spaces: 1-25, 71-76, P9-P11 ONLY. (Please advise GCAA if you have heavy equipment so we can confirm weight limit guidelines with the Galleria).
>> 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Spaces 26-70, P1 – P11)
BOOTH SIZE & ELECTRICAL CORDS: Single booth dimensions are: 10' w x 10'd x 8' h; Double booth dimensions are: 20' w x 10'd x 8'h). (1) one electrical power cord will be provided for each booth at no charge; - Double booths will receive 2 (two) electrical cords at no charge as needed.
PARKING at Cobb Galleria Parking Decks: The parking charge for the Cobb Galleria parking decks on Wednesday and Thursday have been included in the registration fee. However, if you park at the Renaissance Waverly hotel, they will charge you a fee for their lot.
NOTE: Your email address can only be used one time for a registration. If you sign up additional people, you will need to use an alternate email address for each new registration submitted.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OPTION: You will have an option of paying by credit card after you complete registration. An email confirmation will be sent that will include a Credit Card Authorization form to fill out, scan and email to Linda Moore to complete your registration.
