WCSS 2023 Vendor Registration 

Dear Exhibitor:

The 2023 Wisconsin Council for Social Studies State Conference returns - IN-PERSON!

Join us, March 11th-12th, 2023 at the Concourse Hotel in Madison.  We are excited to welcome educators from across the state and region.  Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with Social Studies teachers and curriculum leaders throughout Wisconsin and the Upper Midwest.  

Schedule/Logistics: Vendors may set up booths on Friday, March 10th from 12:00PM to 8:00PM (tentative).  The Exhibit Hall and Vendors will have dedicated times on Saturday from 12:00PM-1:15PM and during our Happy Hour from 5:15PM-6:30PM.  Vendors will also have dedicated time on Sunday, March 12th from 8:00AM-9:00AM.  The Exhibit Hall will remain open during session times as well. 

Exhibitor booths are 8’ x 10’ and include pipe and drape, an 8’ table, and two chairs. Wifi is provided, but electrical hook-ups are an additional charge.  

Additional ways you can be involved in the WCSS Conference this year:

Sponsorship:  A vendor can sponsor breakfast, lunch, or the Saturday evening Happy Hour. Sponsorship will include one vendor booth, a ½ page ad in the program and an announcement/sponsorship signage at the event.  Additional spots are available at regular rates if you would like a larger space. These sponsorship opportunities will likely sell out so please do not delay.  

Giveaways for a discount!  Vendors can save $25 per booth space with the donation of a door prize (with a value of at least $25).  Use discount code: DOORPRIZE
