2023 Texas Inspector Convention and Expo Event! 

You will not want to miss this awesome event!  Mark your calendar and register now to ensure you get the classes you want or need, classes fill to capacity early. Don't forget to book your hotel reservations, TPREIA-InterNACHI has secured blocks of rooms at discounted prices at five Bryan-College Station Hotels. Once the rooms in these blocks are booked, the cost of rooms will go up to current market prices.  If you plan to attend the Convention, we encourage you to book your rooms right away. Consider sharing with a friend and sharing the hotel costs.

Thursday evening, January 19, 2023 from 5PM until 9PM, come and visit our many Vendors in the exhibit hall. This year the number of Vendors have increased even more from last year.  Join TPREIA -InterNACHI for a great evening, register for the many door prizes and give-a-ways; show our Vendors that you appreciate their participation at our Texas Inspector's Convention & Expo. DInner will be provided again this year.

We are offering you THREE awesome educational tracks each day, with something for every inspector!  You select the class that you want or need to attend by the day. You will need to remain in your selected daily tracks to receive your TREC CE credits.

Class sizes are limited. Once a class has met the maximum number that the classroom will hold, class registration for that particular class will automatically close.

All classes are TREC approved.

We encourage everyone to register early to get in the classes you would like

The Annual Conference this year will be January 19-21, 2023 at the

Brazos County Expo Center.  Please make your plans to attend.  

This year’s class schedule is bigger and better than ever!  We know you are going to enjoy this year’s live and in-person Convention, the classes, the camaraderie, our vendors, and, of course, the food. We are providing you with THREE outstanding training paths this year.  We apologize ahead of time because we know that your head will spin from just trying to figure out which classes to attend. You can pick and choose which classes you want to attend; you can pick Track One on Friday, and Track 2 on Saturday, or however you want.  You do not have to stay in the same track for each day. It’s your choice.

2021 IRC PLumbing Inspections and Update 8-Hours

TREC Approved Course -  TREC Approval #43525 You will need to purchase your 2021 IRC book from www.ICCSAFE.org and bring it to the class.  We will not be giving exams for this class. If you want to go for your certification, you will need to set this up  through ICC.
