Syllabus
Description: This one-hour presentation will provide attendees with an understanding of split dollar arrangements.The presentation will start with an historic review of split dollar and when each form of split dollar applies.  Next the presentation will dive into the two split dollar tax regimes.  Finally, the course will conclude with practical take away tips to where to use split dollar.  On completion of this hour attendees will have an understanding of the forms of split dollar and how each is treated for tax purposes.
