Qualifying premium applies to policies written and placed between 10/15/2022-03/31/2023. Annuity premium & Single Premium products are weighted at 5%, excluding rop products. Invitations will be extended at the end of the contest period at the sole discretion of Levinson & Associates. Policies must be in good standing. Incentives apply only to licensed, writing agents appointed directly with Levinson & Associates. MGA & GA' qualifications may vary Attendees will receive a Form 1099 for the value of the trip. Hotel room stays are applicable for the date of 4/20/23 or 4/21/23. Levinson & Associates reserves the right to modify qualification requirements at any time without notice. Policies written on the agent's life or family members will not be counted for the awards.
