Legal Q & A Webinar with Attorney Puneet Singh 

 The NARPM Legal Q&A webinar is a popular educational program presented by the Sacramento Area Chapter of NARPM. Held via Zoom webinar, this one-hour program features an attorney who will discuss current rental property management issues, especially new laws, and answer questions from attendees. Attendees can ask questions throughout the program using the Zoom Q&A feature. Or listen and learn from the questions asked by others. The attorney for this Legal Q&A is Puneet Singh of PKS Law Group

 

About attorney Puneet Singh

Award-winning real estate lawyer Puneet Singh, founding partner of the PKS Law Group, received her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law and was admitted to the State and Federal Bars in 2001. She served as managing partner of the Northern California offices of a statewide law firm for over a decade, where she counseled the largest property management firms in the nation as well as individual investors. Ms. Singh has extensive knowledge of fair housing, post foreclosure evictions and property management, as well as unlawful detainer law (evictions) and litigation.

Ms. Singh conducts seminars for municipalities, property management firms and professional organizations nationwide. She appeared on a radio talk show and has authored numerous articles on real estate topics. Her civic involvement includes serving as a future leader of the California Mortgage Banking Association and legal advisor to the Board of Directors for the Rental Housing Association of Sacramento Valley. She was also a director for the Affordable Housing Management Association of Northern California. Ms. Singh is the recipient of numerous honors and awards.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Sacramento Area Chapter of NARPM has implemented Local Chapter Dues of $50 for NARPM Professional Members (property managers) to offset the cost of our expanded services in 2022. These dues were not included in the NARPM National Dues. One of the benefits of is FREE registration to attend all Legal Q&A webinars. If you have not paid your 2022 Local Chapter Dues, you have the option to pay the dues duirng the registration process for this Legal Q&A and automatically receive free registration. 

Registration Fees

$10 NARPM members 

$20 for non-members

FREE to NARPM Professional members (property managers) who pay 2022 local chapter dues of $50. If you already paid your local chapter dues, use your special discount code to receive $10 credit of the NARPM member price. If you have not paid your local chapter dues, pay the $50 dues during the registration process instead of the $10 or $20 charge and you automatically will receive free registration.

Payment Methods:

Payment by credit card only. Sorry, payment by check has been discontinued due to the additional cost of processing checks and the cost of collection for non-payment.

Refund policy: To receive a refund of your registration fee, you need to cancel 48 hours prior to the program. Email your request to NARPM Chapter Administrator at admin@sacnarpm.org with the names of individuals whose registration needs to be cancelled.
