Please join our November Tech Talk and gain a better understanding of NIWC PAC’s Warfighter-centric and technology-driven priorities, challenges, and opportunities, and lessons learned by Ms. Amanda George’s perspective as a Portfolio Manager at NIWC PAC.  She will be interviewed by Mr. Tim Miller, Chief Revenue Officer and Strategic Solutions Architect at ProSync Technology Group at 11:30 AM on Tuesday, November 15th followed by an in-person Networking Event at Pure Project Brewery, Balboa Park 2865 Fifth Ave. San Diego, CA 92103 at 4:00 pm.

DESCRIPTION

Business and Force Support are critical in delivering technical excellence to our country’s warfighter. As a co-chair of the NIWC PAC Portfolio Council and the Portfolio Manager for Business and Force Support, Ms. Amanda George focuses on engineering, development, support and sustainment of business and force support applications used in the conduct of business and force support functions. This includes systems of systems integration and testing of application software, cloud computing, virtualization, hardware and smart devices.

Ms. Amanda George is a co-chair of the NIWC PAC Portfolio Council and the Portfolio Manager for Business and Force Support where she focuses on engineering, development, support and sustainment of business and force support applications used in the conduct of business and force support functions. This includes systems of systems integration and testing of application software, cloud computing, virtualization, hardware and smart devices.  She also focuses on design, build, and maintain Navy-designated computing environments and computing infrastructure. Lastly, Amanda is responsible for engineering and integration of force protection and force support systems, applications, hardware and software to ensure force protection capabilities.
