Celebrating its 38th year, the Conference is the pinnacle event of the Chemistry Council of New Jersey, bringing together more than 200 executives from the chemistry industry, representing companies in the chemical, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, petroleum refining, consumer products, flavors and fragrances, and precious metal sectors. The conference is the perfect event for you to market to key industry decision makers by advertising, sponsoring or exhibiting. 

While our conference is a program focused event, we do provide opportunities for vendors to exhibit and connect with registrants as they walk to and from sessions, and during networking sessions. Our conference is not set-up like a convention, nor do we provide "exhibit only" type registration passes.

This site has been established to streamline the process of selecting the package that is right for you. This site is only to reserve and purchase the sponsorship, exhibit space, or ad of your choosing. 

Once you purchase your package, you’ll receive a confirmation from the registration system. A staff member will then contact you via email to confirm what's included with your package, inform you of logistics, and review the process of registering those attendees that are included with your package if applicable.

*Please note, that there is a price differential for non-member companies selecting to only exhibit at this year's conference. As well, for exhibit only purchases, the price will increase by $100 on February 3, and $100 more at the start of each month leading up to conference to encourage exhibitors to secure their spots early.  We will also assign location of exhibits based on your sponsorship level and day/time of your selection. Exhibitor ONLY Cancellations received on or before Friday, April 7, 2023 will receive a full refund less $100 processing fee.  If you cancel after Friday, April 7, 2023 or are a "no show", you will be responsible for full payment.  Substitution of attendees may be made at any time.

The CCNJ Annual Conference is promoted as a member company event.
