Midwest Fire Fest 2023

Food Vendor Registration

Saturday, July 22nd, 10am - 8pm  & Sunday, July 23rd, 10am - 4pm
Cambridge, Wisconsin

This registration is for food vendors only.

Booth fee is $200

Organizers of MFF will make every effort for a balanced food offering and will not duplicate cuisines.

This is a rain or shine show, and we have a strict "no early break down policy".

Midwest Fire Fest is a demonstration heavy celebration of all things created with fire, heat, and smoke including but not limited to clay, metal arts, welding, forging, hot glass, food, and performance.

Other attractions for the weekend include: on-site firing and reveal of a 7 foot clay sculpture, fire dancers, great food, and smoking hot music all weekend!

 Eco-sustainability waste reduction program

It's hard for an event that burns lots of stuff, to promote themselves as "Green", however that isn't stopping us from working at reducing our eco footprint, with this in mind—here are our sustainability rules for food vendors, if you can't honor them, perhaps another festival is a better fit. 
• NO STYROFOAM Containers of any kind.  
• NO single use plastic water bottles.
Aluminum Cans or Boxed Water are acceptable.  
Midwest Fire Fest will offer FREE water stations, where folks will be able to refill their personal water bottles. In addition, for those who don't bring a refillable bottle, aluminum water bottles will be available for the same price as a water bottle. 
For vendors who go futher and provide for their patrons compostable forks, spoons, knives, and straws will be rewarded with surprise Midwest Fire Fest Swag.
