Program Objectives

- Identify areas where we can be more inclusive
- Develop inclusive leadership skills, behaviours and habits
By the end of the program, participants will be equipped to further develop their own inclusive behaviours and increase the level of inclusion within their organisation.
Day 1
- How inclusive am I? Debrief of individual self-assessment reports
- How to develop an inclusive mindset and behaviours
- Generational diversity – Gen Z, Y, X and the aging workforce
- Embracing LGBTQ+ and differently abled employees
Day 2
- The inclusive leader
- Gender diversity – Accelerating the journey toward gender equality in Asia
- Cross-cultural diversity – communicating and collaborating across cultures
- D,E & I – the way forward

- Complete the Inclusive Mindset and Behaviour (“IMB”) Self-Assessment and receive your individual report.
Investment - SGD 1,950 for two days, SGD 1,100 for one day
Food and refreshments will be provided.
For cancellations made one week before the event - 100% reimbursement
For cancellations made less than a week before the event - no reimbursement
Participants may nominate another individual to take their seat at any time.
