Please join us for our NEW two-day training event, focusing on the foundations of compliance, coding, managed care/revenue cycle, and pricing specifically for the mobile/virtual audiology practice. This course is geared to audiologists. This course offers up to 16.0 hours of audiology continuing education.
Audiology Resources will be hosting a LIVE STREAMED (from Chicago) Audiology Boot Camp 2023: Foundations for a Mobile/Virtual Audiology Practice on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 and Thursday, February 23, 2023. There will be no live audience in Chicago. The course will run Thursday and Friday from 8AM to 5:00PM CST. There will be a 15 minute morning and afternoon break and a 30 minute lunch break each day.
This event is specifically designed for mobile/virtual audiology practices ONLY.

The course is geared to audiology practices, otolaryngology practices which house an audiology department, hospital audiology departments or hearing aid dispensing practices which employ audiologists. Registration is open to administrators, practice managers, audiologists, coders, office staff, hearing aid dispensers and AuD students.
Day #1 Agenda:
Morning: HIPAA, Telehealth, Ethical/Legal/Licensure/Liability Considerations, and Documentation
Afternoon: Fundamentals of Coding (CPT, Including Telehealth and Evaluation and Management, ICD10, HCPCS, Modifiers, Place of Service Codes) for the Mobile/Virtual Practice, Managed Care Terminology, and Managed Care Credentialing and Contracting
Day #2 Agenda:
Morning: Managed Care Contracting and Credentialing, Medical Coverage Policies and Verification of Coverage and Benefits, Third-Party Network Considerations
Afternoon: Medicare/Medicaid, Revenue Cycle and Pricing Considerations
Dr. Cavitt will address questions following the conclusion of the Boot Camp. This service is built into the cost of the event. AUDIOLOGY RESOURCES WILL ONLY ANSWER QUESTIONS FROM PAID REGISTRANTS, BOTH DURING OR AFTER THE COURSE AND WILL ONLY SUPPLY COURSE MATERIALS TO PAID REGISTRANTS. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. No charge guidance will be available until September 1, 2023.
