Greetings, beloved CEIO Community!

We are thrilled to invite you with open arms, eyes, and hearts to the offerings we have coming forward for 2023! We are inviting back some of the most inspirational, clear, wise, impactful speakers, healers and wisdom keepers, who have graced the Deeper Change Forums over the past 12 years.

The 2023 Deeper Change Forum series and its presenters will be recognizing and asking the question:
What Will It Take to Stay the Course?

Our first presenter Dr. Darya Funches (or Dr. D) is an inspirational speaker, educator, author, ceremonial leader, visionary and transformational practitioner. She recently led a team of radical doers and thinkers in the New Haven community in a program she created called Mastery As a True Transformer (MAATT), which relies on spiritual guidance to make an impact in the material world through use of self (conscious use of power).

I can truly say that Dr. D has impacted my life more than any other human teacher. She showed up for me first as I was entering the world of Organization Development and laid out a path of study that sparked my intellectual curiosity as well as lighting a fire under my spiritual sensibilities.

She accompanied Bill Graustein and me through every stage of founding and leading CEIO. As has been the case through the last 30 years of my life, Dr. D brought fierce truth telling to Bill and I as we formed our partnership, challenged the CEIO Project Development Group to be clear about purpose and planning, and she has guided and helped to develop each Capacity Building and Training Partner team through the 12 years of CEIO's existence.

She has been a constant mirror for us, always asking:
"Are you truly accommodating the vision or have you slid off course?"

I cannot think of anyone who is better positioned to guide us in understanding what it takes to Stay the Course - in our personal endeavors, our professional lives or in relation to that bigger commitment, who we are called to be at this time on the planet.

We look forward to seeing you there -- our forums are freely-offered in person and via livestream, all are welcome, however spots are limited, please register today!
