Transition Planning for Life After High School: An Introduction to the Process for Families
Parents, guardians, family members, and community partners are invited to attend Transition for Families to learn more about working with their CSE to collaboratively:
- assess their child's strengths, interests, and needs;
- establish measurable post-secondary goals and annual goals; and
- identify appropriate transition services and coordinated activities.
Registration will close @ 11:59PM on Sunday, January 29.
