Late Registration Fees

• Voting Members - ELCA Rostered Ministers Under Call, Congregation Laity, Conference Chairs -  $335.00
• Voting Members - ELCA Rostered Ministers Not Under Call (Retired & On Leave from Call), Youth - $125.00      
• Non-Voting Members - Visitors, Interns, Seminarians - $125.00
• Exhibitors - $375.00 - (includes registration fee and display table).  If you are interested in a display table, please contact Tina Fritz at tinaf@fbsynod.org.  

• Volunteers - If you want to volunteer, please e-mail our Assembly Volunteer Coordinator Julie Noya at fbsynodvolunteers@gmail.com.   
• Service Project - Service project will benefit Harbor House of Central Florida.  Please visit their website for more information. Harbor House of Central Florida | Domestic Violence Shelters (harborhousefl.com)   

Hotel

After May 12, 2023, call the hotel directly at 407-238-8000 to make a reservation.  

Our group rates are $155.00 per night for two Queen Beds or 1 King Bed; $175.00 for King Deluxe, or $255.00 for a two bedroom Villa. 

Register Now!Late registrations for Synod Assembly will be until Friday, May 26, 2023. Registration after May 15 including on-site registrations will incur a $50 additional fee.  There will be no refunds after May 15, 2023.
