Explore strategies for recruiting, cultivating, and retaining talent to meet the needs of the current staffing shortages and to build capacity to deliver concurrent services

Continue to build on a rich history of best practices in Washington State employment and community inclusion service delivery

Sharpen your understanding of person-centered service culture and your leadership strengths
Who: Program managers and/or Managers of Quality Assurance/Staff Development who are leading teams of Employment and Community Inclusion specialists, managing quality of services and who are interested in strategies to lead during times of change.
