Flash Train Meet, Tailgate Set up, Open Air Pavilion. Set up $20.00, (After March 27, 2023 or Day of Show, fee increases to $25.00 if space available) Space 10ft wide x 20ft deep. Includes 2 - 8 ft x 30" tables.

Model Train related merchandise only.

The meet is held under open air pavilions and outdoors. 2 tables will be provided with each space reserved. Extra tables must be preordered for $10.00 each. ($15.00 day of show if any available) Inquire on show day if any available. You may bring your own additional tables at no charge. You will be able to park at your space.

We do not accept vendor trash. Vendors must take their trash, boxes, and merchandise with them when vacating their booth.

Set up begins at 6 am. Preorder and pay for your space and tables online. If you prefer to pay by phone, please call Fridays and Saturdays at 610-683-6848. Limited spaces under roof. Rain or shine event . No refunds

Renningers Farmers Market and Indoor Antique Vintage Market open at 8am. Food and indoor rest rooms are available in the building.
