An Ethics Presentation Providing an Overview of Environmental Justice

Claire Still, MPH, ENV-SP

Sustainability & Environmental Justice Specialist, AECOM

Claire Still is a Sustainability and Environmental Justice specialist with nearly 11 years of experience working in public health, climate change, and sustainability.  As AECOM’s environmental justice (EJ) practice lead for the East Region, Claire has worked with both public and private sector clients to explore social equity and EJ in terms of their organization and current or proposed projects. Claire has led detailed demographic data analyses, impact and disproportionality assessments, identification of EJ risk mitigation measures, and the development of meaningful public engagement strategies. Claire also has expertise in climate change vulnerability and adaptation, greenhouse gas inventories, sustainability reporting, sustainability action planning, resource usage reduction, and environmental management systems. In addition, Claire holds a Master of Public Health in Environmental Health from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from The College of William and Mary. She has also previously worked for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and CARE.
